This is an advanced project management course to help project managers (PMs) master the current PMBOK V5 knowledge areas, processes, and best practices in accordance with the Project Management Institute (PMI). The goal of the course is to prepare PMs to take the PMP exam and attain their PMP Certification.
Note that the course also prepares students for the CAPM Exam (a subset of the PMP material). Students considering the CAPM credential but wanting to learn the material more in depth should choose this class.
